This case was filed as a result of a fatal motor vehicle accident which occurred on the southbound side of the Garden State Parkway.

The defendant driver made an illegal U-turn in an emergency vehicle restricted area which resulted in the plaintiff’s vehicle colliding with the rear of the defendants’ dump truck resulting in the plaintiff suffering catastrophic injuries which ultimately caused his death.
