After a motor vehicle crash wherein the body was not located, a complaint in this matter was filed after the Defendants did not appropriately search the location, on the parkway, near where the Plaintiff’s son, D.K.’s, vehicle was found on July 10, 2022. It would later be determined that he had been ejected from his vehicle and his body would not be located, until four days later although it was in the near vicinity of his vehicle, until July 13, 2022.
