$3.85 Million Jury Verdict – A. S. V. Crane Manufacturer And Crane Maintenance Company

This matter stems from a crane accident which occurred on November 18, 2009 when a diesel boom lift, which was manufactured and maintained by Defendants, malfunctioned and abruptly tipped over, causing the Plaintiff to fall four stories from the bucket part of the machine and suffer life-altering, catastrophic injuries.This matter was settled after a full trial and jury verdict.
