On or about January 20, 2023, Plaintiff was proceeding through a green light at an intersection in Manchester Township, NJ when Defendant failed to properly control his vehicle and struck Plaintiff’s vehicle causing extensive damage to Plaintiff’s vehicle and a permanent cervical neck injury.
