This case arises from Plaintiff’s fall from a ladder that was purchased from Defendant. Plaintiff suffered injuries, which in conjunction with his significant pre-existing conditions caused the fall and the resulting medical issues. Eventually the Plaintiff would become paralyzed due to the extent of his pre-existing injuries, which ultimately resulted in his untimely death.
